Medieval Party 2017 Guide

Hey penguins!

It's finally time, the Medieval Party 2017 has started! Most of the island has been decorated for his occasion. In this guide, I'll show you free items, a new party room, Ye Knight's Quests and a few other things. The Ye Knight's Quests will be broken up into different parts.

Anyway, let's begin, shall we? First things first, go to the Beach.

Wow! The Lighthouse has been turned into a wizard tower. Shall we go in?

Hey, look! The wizard left us a free gift. I wonder who this mysterious wizard could be? Anyway, let's move on. Go to the Forest.

There's giant trees here. I wonder where they lead? We're about to find out.

When you climb up the ladder, you'll find yourself in an area outside of a tree house. There's also a little cool addition here where if you hover over the hole in the stump, a random coloured puffle will come out. There's not much else to do here, so go to the Mine Shack.

As you can see it's been very well decorated for the party. But wait, why is there a statue of Herbert there? ...Nevermind. Head into the Recycling Centre.

The Recycling Centre has had a really good makeover as well. This is a rare occasion the place is decorated. There's a few more party rooms to explore, but I don't want to make this too long, so we'll just go straight to the Gift Shop.

You'll notice there's a new button above the Penguin Style, click it for the Medieval Party 2017 party catalog. If you click the arrow, you'll see more items. Once you're done here, head to the Boiler Room.

If you hover over the Pin Maker 3000, you can get a free King's Crown Pin. Once you're done here, head right. I'm sure you know what's coming next, right?

Ye Knight's Quest I

In this section, I'll be covering how to complete the Ye Knight's Quest I. That includes the puzzles, hitting the targets and the maze. Enter the door on the left.

For the first room, you have to light up all the orbs. It doesn't matter what order you press them in.

1. Orb 1 is located in front of the door

2. Orb 2 is located in the top right hand corner, up the stairs

3. Orb 3 you'll have to go down a curvy path to get to it

4. Orb 4 is located over the bridge in the bottom right hand corner (PSA spyphone may be blocking it)

5. Orb 5 is located in the top left hand corner, wait for the trap to go down and quickly get over before it comes back up again. Repeat the same thing again to get back over.

Make sure to grab a shield on the right and for the next challenge, you'll have to hit 50 targets with snowballs. Once you hit 50, the door on the left will open. Continue through that door.

First of all, grab the helmet on the top right near the entrance. I won't go into full details with the maze as it will take up too much time, so I'll just give you the answer straight on.

DOWN, LEFT, DOWN, RIGHT, RIGHT, UP

If you followed the instructions correctly, you should end up in this room below. Collect the armor and you've completed Ye Knight's Quest I!

Ye Knight's Quest II

In this section, I'll be covering Ye Knight's Quest II and how to complete all the puzzles inside. Take the middle door this time.

The first challenge requires you to put all the torches out using snowballs; just keep throwing them at the torches go out. When all the torches become unlit, the dragon disappears and a path to the next room appears (as shown below)

In the next room, there is a puzzle to complete. You have to get the key to the lock to unlock the next room.

The combination changes every time, so unfortunately I can't help here. So, I'll see you in the next room.

Make sure to grab a horse just on the right before crossing over the bridge before perusing after the dragon.

In the dragon room, use snowballs to fill the barrel with water. When the cannon is green, press the button. The dragon he'll take damage, do this 3 times and he's defeated. Be warned though, his fire can often make the cannon too hot, so you'll have to refill the cannon all over again if it isn't fired quickly.

Once he is defeated, head into the room on the top left that just opened.

Congratulations, you've completed Ye Knight's Quest II! In this room, you can treat yourself to the dragon's treasure and get a Toothbrush Pin. You can get the treasure furniture item as many times as you want. When you want to leave, head to the exit.

Ye Knight's Quest III

Last, but definitely not least, Ye Knight's Quest III. Head in the final door on the right.

For the first challenge of the final quest, you have to watch closely where the coloured gems are, as they will be shuffled around. You'll have to find either a red, blue or yellow gem.  Don't worry though, if you fail, there are no consequences. If you get it right 3 times, you can proceed to the next room.

When you proceed into the next room, make sure to grab a free helmet. For the second challenge, there's another little puzzle to do. Press the red button, then the blue one, then finally the yellow one. You shouldn't need to press the green one. You should be able to get over to the other side now without any barricades blocking the way. Proceed into the door at the top of the room.

Get the shield and equip it as you'll need it very soon. The room will begin to light up and show diagrams of dragons with appear to be a hydra. Enter the room at the top and prepare for a boss battle for the third challenge.

Boss: The Hydra

The hydras rotate every minute or so to a different coloured hydra and they each have different weaknesses. If you get hit by their attacks too much, you will be sent back to the previous room and you'll have to start all over again. The blue hydra is weak to lava, so you'll need to hit the bucket of lava with a snowball when it's full of lava (which it gets from lava streams from the side of the screen.).The fire hydra is weak to snowballs, so just throw snowballs at it. The yellow hydra is weak to light, so this is where your shield comes in handy.

Every time the yellow hydra attacks, stand in the area it is attacking with your shield, and the attack will be reflected back at the hydra, causing damage. The red dragon shoots fireballs and can not be relected, so avoid the squares it is attacking. Blue hydra uses frost attacks and can freeze you to a spot, so be careful. Once each hydra is damaged enough, they'll shut down, and you'll have to wait for one of the others to rotate in.

Once the whole hydra has been defeated, a path on the right will appear and you can proceed to the door on the other side.

Using the shield to reflect the yellow hydra's attack

Collect the last free item in the bottom left and you've completed Ye Knight's Quest III! Enjoy the rest of the party.
